We are located in a small town in north central Massachusetts. It is a beautiful area for anyone who loves the outdoors. There are countless trails for hiking, horseback riding or mountain biking. Kayaking in the local lakes or down the Miller's river is popular. The local equestrian community is very active and supportive. Housing in our area is more affordable than almost anywhere else in Massachusetts. We are close to highway access and about 90 minute drive from Boston.

Looking for a change? How about working for a privately owned small animal hospital. Family feeling with great staff and clients. Currently a 2-doctor practice, we are looking to add a third doctor to work 2-3 days per week. We’re not just personable. We have updated equipment like DR X-ray, Ultrasound, Dental X-ray, full in-house lab from Idexx and Class IV laser. Avimark is our software. Our hospital building is only 6 years old with a homey feel out front for clients and an efficient work flow in the back for the doctors and techs. There is a travelling ultrasonographer who visits and several emergency and specialty hospitals in the area. Tufts Grafton campus is only 40 minutes away. We offer 30 minute appointments with very high-quality support staff. No overnight hospitalization. No boarding. Benefits are related to number of hours worked. We offer PTO, Paid continuing education, health insurance reimbursement and coverage of all license costs. We tailor benefits to individual needs. Then there is the area. We are located in north central Massachusetts close to the New Hampshire and Vermont borders. It is beautiful country with hiking, paddling and horseback riding trails and waterways abundant. Skiing is not too far off. There is a very active, welcoming horse community. We have trails within a mile of the clinic so you can take a lunch-time hike. What are we looking for? Someone with at least 2 years experience. Someone who enjoys their work and their co-workers and wants to do the best medicine possible for clients and pets. Being a smaller practice, we are open to new ideas and can implement them quickly. No unwieldy corporate structure to slog through.
