A well-established, full-service small animal hospital in Louisville, KY is seeking a Managing Veterinarian to help lead its 3-DVM team. This is a full-service veterinary facility offering medical, surgical, and dental care, with a strong reputation for responsible pet ownership education and preventative health care throughout the Louisville area. The hospital holds an excellent reputation within the local community, backed by a high Google ranking, and is part of a small group of partner hospitals in the area that celebrate each practice's individual culture. You'll be joining a friendly, welcoming 3-doctor team that works collaboratively both in-house and alongside local sister hospitals, giving you access to a wider community of doctors across the Louisville area. Flexible doctor schedules support a genuine work-life balance, and there are no weekend shifts, meaning a consistent 4-day work week between Monday-Friday. The hospital is well-equipped with digital x-ray for high-resolution imaging of bones, joints, chest, and abdomen, ultrasound for real-time evaluation of organs, dental radiology to detect issues below the gumline, ECG for assessing heart rhythm and electrical activity, and Doppler for blood pressure monitoring. As Managing Veterinarian, you'll bring a strong surgical background and take on a leadership role within an established, respected practice, supported by a courteous and professional support staff committed to excellent patient care.
