Requirements
We’re working with a modern, community-focused small animal hospital in Hebron, KY, that’s looking to welcome a full-time Veterinarian to their collaborative team. This well-established hospital provides high-quality care to a loyal and diverse caseload of dogs, cats, and pocket pets, supported by excellent facilities and a skilled, long-tenured team of 3 DVMs, 7 experienced technicians, and 3 more support staff. The hospital is bright, spacious, and fully equipped for quality medicine—offering digital full-body and dental radiography, IDEXX in-house lab, EKG, handheld ultrasound, and therapeutic laser. The clinic upholds very high-standards of care to their patients which is why they have built an incredible reputation in the community with many clients returning year on year. Each DVM has a dedicated surgery day each week and a strong 2:1 staff-to-doctor ratio, allowing you to focus on patient care while being fully supported. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian seeking a stable, well-organized environment with last appointments scheduled for 5pm so you always leave work by 6pm. Full-time and part-time options are available depending on what you’re looking for. You’ll join a team that values open communication, teamwork, and professional growth. The leadership team encourages autonomy, continuing education, and long-term development—whether your goals include clinical leadership or simply doing great medicine in a supportive setting.
