We are seeking a Lead Registered Veterinary Technician to help guide our clinical team, elevate patient care, and support the continued growth of our hospital. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated veterinary professional who enjoys balancing hands-on patient care with team leadership, staff development, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives. What You'll Do Team Training & Mentorship - Coach, mentor, and support veterinary technicians and assistants Hospital Operations & Patient Care - Monitor daily hospital flow to ensure efficiency and exceptional client service Inventory Management Marketing & Community Engagement - Partner with leadership to promote services and strengthen community relationships Safety & Compliance - Assist with maintaining regulatory compliance and hospital protocols Schedule and Compensation : Compensation: $23-$26 per hour, for each hour worked This is a full-time position, with flexible scheduling options and availability needed Monday-Friday. NO WEEKENDS! Full-Time Benefits Package * Bonus Package: $2000 based on active, good-standing veterinary technician credentials in the state of Kansas.
