Atlas Consultancy Group has partnered with a fantastic hospital in Westfield IN, that are searching for a Lead Veterinarian to join their growing, state-of-the-art hospital. This is a super exciting opportunity to take the reins of a really well-established clinic that combines high-quality medical care with a strong community presence. You will lead a collaborative, talented team and have the chance to shape clinical standards, mentor veterinarians, and guide the future of the hospital. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of 5 veterinarians and 20+ support staff, including skilled technicians and client service representatives, in a culture that values curiosity, teamwork, and compassion. The hospital offers full-service veterinary care with a focus on preventive medicine, internal medicine, dentistry, surgery, and urgent care. The facility spans over 10,000 square feet and is fully equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, a dedicated surgical suite, in-house laboratory, dental suite with digital dental radiographs, and separate canine and feline wards. You'll also find thoughtfully designed treatment areas and plenty of natural light, creating a comfortable environment for pets and for staff. As the Lead Veterinarian, you’ll take an active role in mentoring newer doctors, developing clinical protocols, and maintaining a culture that supports both professional development and work-life balance. With a strong client base and a consistent caseload, this is a great opportunity to take on a leadership role while still doing what you love—providing excellent veterinary care!
