Associate Veterinarian Indianapolis, IN | Full-Time Compensation: $140,000–$170,000 + production | Earning potential $230,000+ We’re working on a full-time Associate Veterinarian opportunity in Indianapolis with a long-established small-animal practice offering a broad medical, surgical, and dental caseload. This is a great fit for an experienced veterinarian who wants a predictable schedule, solid support, and multiple ways to structure compensation based on individual preference. The opportunity includes: $140K–$170K base salary Production-based earning potential Total earning potential of $230K+ No negative accrual Flexible compensation options: base only, production only, or base + production Up to $30K sign-on bonus Student loan repayment assistance Relocation support 4-day workweek No on-call Approximately 2:1 support staff-to-doctor ratio Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) Paid time off and paid holidays Continuing education allowance and paid CE days Licensing, professional dues, and liability coverage support Potential future partnership / ownership opportunity The hospital provides comprehensive small-animal care with the resources to support medicine, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and day-to-day GP cases.
