This role is ideal for an experienced DVM who is ready to step into a clinical leadership position, shape hospital standards, and guide a collaborative veterinary team. The position combines hands-on clinical practice with management responsibilities, making it well-suited for a veterinarian who enjoys both patient care and leadership. A competitive salary of $130,000 – $160,000 DOE + bonus incentives is offered, alongside a significant sign-on bonus opportunity and full benefits package.
