St. Francis Pet Hospital is a thriving, family-owned and operated practice. We’ve been caring for pets across central Indiana for over 30 years, and in 2020, we opened a third location in Darby, Montana, because our founder refuses to retire! Our Indiana locations are small animal and exotic general practices, with one veterinarian who offers holistic medicine. Our Montana clinic began as a small animal practice and is now expanding into mixed animal medicine to better serve the community. We believe in practicing Common Sense Veterinary Medicine — providing excellent care in a balanced, thoughtful, and practical way.

Located on a 20-acre working Thoroughbred farm, our clinic opened in 1997 in a small tack and feed shop at the front of a 9-stall barn. Since then, it has expanded to occupy the entire barn and was recently remodeled (each exam room was once a horse stall!). We offer a surgical suite, comfort room, in-house lab, Erchonia cold laser therapy, handheld dental X-ray, and more. Conveniently located between Martinsville and Mooresville, just 30 minutes from Bloomington and Indianapolis.
