We are seeking a compassionate, forward-thinking Medical Director to lead a dedicated and talented veterinary team in Jeffersonville, IN. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who thrives in a collaborative setting and is ready to mentor, inspire, and set the standard for excellent patient care. As Medical Director, you’ll have both clinical and strategic influence—balancing hands-on veterinary work with guiding hospital culture and medical operations. This AAHA-accredited and Cat-Friendly Certified practice is known for providing comprehensive, high-quality care to every patient. The facility includes multiple exam rooms, a large treatment area, a dedicated surgical suite, and a fully equipped dental suite with digital dental radiography. Diagnostic capabilities include in-house laboratory equipment, digital radiography, ultrasound, and advanced monitoring tools. They offer a wide range of services from preventive care and soft tissue surgery to dentistry, internal medicine, chronic disease management, and urgent care. You’ll be supported by a comprehensive team of experienced veterinarians, licensed veterinary technicians, and support staff.
