Requirements
We are seeking a dedicated and visionary Medical Director to lead two thriving small animal clinics in the heart of Indianapolis, IN. The clinics are deeply rooted in the local community, built on a foundation of trust, progressive medicine, and collaborative care. With a passionate team, modern facilities, and strong client relationships, these clinics are ready for a leader to help shape the next chapter. Across the two locations, you’ll oversee a combined team of 7+ veterinarians, and over 20 support staff including highly skills CVT’s and experienced client care teams. Both clinics are fully equipped with digital radiography, dental X-ray, in-house labs, ultrasound, and access to a wide range of diagnostic and surgical tools. Offering wellness care, urgent care/same-day sick visits, dentistry, soft tissue surgery & more! The clinics maintain a strong focus on individualized patient care and client education. This multi-site leadership role is perfect for an experienced veterinarian looking to take their career to the next level. You’ll guide two teams, help develop medical protocols, foster mentorship, and play a key role in both strategic and clinical decisions. While most of your time will be spent practicing medicine, a portion will be dedicated to team leadership, development, and medical oversight. You’ll be fully supported by experienced practice managers and a regional leadership team, while also enjoying the autonomy to implement your vision and lead with authenticity.
