CareVet is offering a total compensation package of $200K guaranteed in your first year (Based on experience) at Bedford Veterinary Medical Centre in Bedford, IN as a full-time DVM team member. As Medical Director, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the medical team, shaping clinic policies, and driving the practice toward new heights of success. Job Summary: The Medical Director is responsible for providing medical leadership for the hospital, managing associate veterinarians, and assuring regulatory compliance relating to the practice of veterinary medicine. The Medical Director is also responsible for creating an environment of teamwork in which quality medicine and exceptional client service are delivered. In partnership with the Hospital Manager, the Medical Director is responsible for the financial performance and general operations of the hospital under the guidance of CareVet leadership. In addition, the Hospital Manager and Medical Director are responsible for cultivating a supportive and collaborative team environment.
