Do you love animals as much as we do!? The majority of our staff has been here for over 10 years and there is a reason for that - we love doing what we do. We operate in a family atmosphere with one main goal - providing excellent customer support and medicine to our clients and patients. We are not your everyday animal hospital and our experienced staff shows that. Our hospital has been around since 1954 and we focus on treating our patients (and clients) like family. We go above and beyond for our clients and our loyal following proves that. We are an appointment-only AAHA accredited animal hospital with four full-time doctors and great support staff. We strive on staying on top of current technology and equipment. We have a surgical cutting laser, cold therapy laser, digital full-body rads, digital oral rads, in-house analyzers, and more. We have computer workstations and phones throughout our hospital to maximize our efficiency. Our veterinary assistants are responsible for assisting with physical exams, lab work, administering fluids and medications, maintaining electronic medical records, providing hospitalized care to patients, and more. We are looking for someone with experience in an animal hospital. Our routine shifts are 8-9 hours with some employees opting in for a longer 10-11 hour shift. All veterinary assistants/technicians must be able to work rotating Saturdays as well.
