Practice Overview

True.Vet is a network of independently owned, technology-forward veterinary hospitals. I'm a veterinarian-MBA building this with independent ownership as the foundation. We invest in technology that works for our team so our doctors spend less time charting and more time on what matters: medicine, relationships, and the client experience this profession deserves. Teams leave on time. New membership offerings are launching that will reshape how clients access and value care. But the real work happens underneath the medicine. We are building leaders. Owners. Veterinarians who shape their own careers. Our partnership track offers milestone-triggered equity and a real path toward independent practice ownership for DVMs who want it, paired with the business education, mentorship, and growth to run something one day. Ownership is not required. But the door is wide open. Be a great clinician. Build something of your own. Or both. Your career, your call.

Job Description

This is not just a job description—it's an invitation to join something special. True.Vet is a leadership and ownership development platform that also owns and operates veterinary hospitals. These hospitals are our proving ground, and your career is our focus. We nurture doctors who excel in clinical practice, lead teams, manage businesses, and eventually own their own practices. The medicine matters—but the person practicing it matters even more. The Work Deliver expert clinical care that’s accessible to those who need it most. From walk-ins to appointments, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, dental work, and the full spectrum of general practice—all within hospitals where convenience is key, technology lightens administrative tasks, and the team genuinely finishes on time. What You’ll Grow Into Clinical mentorship from experienced DVMs who want to see you surpass them. Real cases, genuine coaching, and no gatekeeping. Whether your passion is surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, or client communication, we’ll help you sharpen your skills. Leadership mentorship through True Vet Potential, our four-pillar development platform. Learn how to lead a team, understand a P&L, build a thriving culture, and run a hospital. This is the part of your career that vet school doesn’t teach—we will. A clear pathway to ownership. For DVMs ready to take that step, we offer a defined partnership track with milestone-triggered equity and a genuine path toward independent practice ownership. We don’t just dangle ownership—we build it together. A sustainable career. We’re reimagining veterinary practice so it works for the people inside it. Expect reasonable schedules, real support staff, workflows that give you back your time, and a team that respects your craft, your family, and the life you’re building beyond the exam room. Who You Are You’re a DVM seeking more than just a paycheck. You’re curious about the business side of veterinary medicine. Maybe you want to lead. Maybe you aspire to own a practice someday. Or maybe you simply want to be an outstanding clinician in a supportive, thriving hospital. Whatever your path, you’re welcome here. You believe pets deserve exceptional care, clients deserve meaningful relationships with their vets, and veterinarians deserve fulfilling careers that don’t wear them down. The Bottom Line If you’re ready to spend the next decade growing into the veterinarian and leader you aspire to be, we’d love to hear from you. Apply through Hound and tell us your story—we read every application. 🌟
