Multi-Practice Veterinarian / Medical Director South Barrington, IL | Full-Time Compensation: $150,000–$190,000+ base + production + leadership stipend We’re working on a Multi-Practice Veterinarian / Medical Director opportunity in the South Barrington area for an experienced doctor who wants to combine clinical work with broader leadership responsibility across more than one hospital. This is a great fit for a veterinarian who enjoys mentoring doctors, helping shape medical standards, supporting hospital culture, and working closely with operational leaders while still remaining active in practice.
