Functioning as a full-service veterinary facility, Tender Care Animal Hospital of Peoria has two doctors, five examination rooms, an intensive care unit (ICU), a surgical suite, specialty and radiology suite, on-site pharmacy, a dental station, and an isolation and treatment room. Our on-site laboratory allows for faster diagnosis of your pet's condition. Digital radiology and ultrasound allow our doctors to correctly diagnosis your pet's condition. Wellness plans are available for all stages of life including but not limited to geriatric screening.

Welcome to Tender Care Animal Hospital, a full-service veterinary clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional care with warmth and compassion. Located in Peoria, Illinois, we offer a broad range of services, including surgery, dentistry, and preventive care, all within a state-of-the-art facility. We also have a daycare and boarding department. At Tender Care, we emphasize collaboration, client education, and modern medicine in a supportive, team-oriented environment. We’re Looking For: We are seeking a Hospital Manager who is a compassionate, motivated team player with a strong leadership focus. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to support both our clients and staff. This individual will be a leader who is passionate about mentorship, team building, and providing outstanding care to patients. Exotics experience is a plus! Key Responsibilities: As Hospital Manager, you will work alongside our Medical Director, collaborate with our doctors, and guide our support staff in a day-to-day capacity. This is a “hands-on” leadership role, where you'll be involved in all aspects of hospital operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and high-quality care for all animals.
