We are looking for a kind, confident, and motivated Medical Director to join a thriving small animal hospital in Morris, IL. This well-respected, AAHA-accredited practice has been part of the community for decades and is known for its progressive medicine, strong mentorship, and truly supportive culture. With a 3:1 tech-to-doctor ratio and a high-functioning team behind you, you’ll be well-equipped to lead both in and out of the exam room. Inside the hospital, you’ll find a comprehensive setup designed to support complex and routine care. From digital radiography and an IDEXX in-house lab to ultrasound, electrocardiogram, and laser therapy, everything is in place to help you practice at your very best. A dedicated surgical suite supports a wide range of procedures, including soft tissue, orthopedic, and laparoscopic-assisted gastropexy. As Medical Director, you’ll help shape the future of the practice—leading with empathy, supporting your team’s growth, and setting the tone for clinical excellence.
