We are seeking a DVM to join their dynamic team of Veterinary Professionals. Here at Atlas, we are pleased to be representing an incredible privately owned, 4-doctor small animal hospital founded over 30 years ago serving the Illinois Valley area. We are eager to hear from both experienced Veterinarians but also those soon to be, or newly graduated DVMs who are seeking a supportive and collaborative environment. There is structured mentorship on offer for recent graduates and the opportunity to mentor recent graduates from an ABVP diplomate in Canine and Feline Practice. Imagine a collaborative environment buzzing with energy and positivity, where a team of passionate individuals are dedicated to practising exceptional medicine whilst supporting each other. With access to the latest and greatest equipment in a well-designed, working environment the DVM’s can practice the highest standard of Veterinary care. The hospital is well equipped with cutting-edge technology, including internal medicine, soft tissue & orthopedic surgery, dental services and advanced imaging such as CT, Ultrasound and Digital Radiography. We are seeking a DVM to join the team full time, in addition to an exceptional working environment, a competitive compensation package plus ProSal is on offer, as well as medical, vision, dental and professional liability insurance and controlled substance license. Key Highlights: • Well-established, 4-doctor, modern Hospital seeking a new Associate Veterinarian to join their team. • Long-serving to the community with over 30 years in operation! • Bright, spacious, modern Hospital setting with state of the art equipment to allow you to practice the highest standards of Veterinary Medicine. • Able to support a newly graduated doctor keen to progress in their career. • Full time schedule • Excellent base salary plus ProSal • Supportive team of Veterinary Technicians About You: • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent. • Ability to hold or currently have an Illinois veterinary board license. • A positive attitude, compassion, professionalism and a ‘can do’ mentality Benefits: • Excellent base salary $125,000 - $150,000 plus production • Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance • 3 weeks paid time off • Continuing education stipend • IRA Simple plan – 3% match • Pet care plan
