Requirements
We are looking for an experienced veterinarian to step into a Medical Director role in Glenview, IL, with the opportunity to help shape a brand-new hospital from the ground up! This is a chance to have a real input into how the hospital develops, from the clinical environment and team culture to the way medicine is practiced. You’ll combine clinical work with leadership, mentoring, and team development, helping to build a collaborative, high-performing hospital where veterinarians and support staff can do their very best work. While you’ll have the independence to lead and influence your hospital, you’ll also have the backing of an established veterinary organization and experienced operational and medical leadership. The role offers an exciting blend of clinical autonomy, leadership, and entrepreneurial opportunity, with the potential to become an equity partner and directly benefit from the growth of the wider hospital group.
