Overview
We are an AAHA accredited privately owned small animal practice in the western Chicago suburbs. Our owners value work/life balance for themselves and our staff. Looking to add a PT doctor who will transition into FT OR a FT doc. Our 30 minute appointments include a CVT working with each doctor, while the surgeon has 3 CVT's. Each doctor has 1 surgery day, 1 full day off per week, and works about 1-2 Saturdays per month. Please see our website for more info.
We moved into our "new" building in December 2008. We're blocks from a major highway that heads between Chicago and St. Louis and a few miles from a highway that runs north/south through the suburbs. There are currently 6 "mixed exam rooms, one "cat only" room and a consultation/euthanasia room with a private entrance.
Requirements
We are open to taking a new grad and providing mentorship. Our ideal candidate will be in surgery one morning a week, see clients 3 full days and an occasional Saturday, and have one full day off per week. They will excited to work with a team of Doctors and Technicians who not only care about the pets, but also about the clients.
