In Your Day-To Day, You Will: Administer and monitor anesthesia for specialty and emergency patients, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care. Provide exceptional nursing care for hospitalized patients throughout their treatment and recovery. Assist surgeons and veterinarians with patient admissions, procedures, and discharges. Closely monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia, responding promptly to changes in patient status. Maintain accurate medical records and communicate patient updates with the veterinary team. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient care and a seamless client experience. Utilize your strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced specialty and emergency environment. Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture while continuously expanding your clinical knowledge and technical skills through ongoing learning and development. What You Bring: CVT/LVT/RVT - Veterinary Technician credentialing is required for this role Minimum 2 years’ experience in veterinary anesthesia Accuracy in calculating and delivering anesthetic agents, fluids, and CRIs Proficiency in record keeping related to medical procedures including daily treatments administered, patient status, procedures completed, supplies used, and anesthetic records Understanding and review of medical records pertinent to patient care Comprehensive understanding and experience with anesthetic monitoring is required Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commitment to develop long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community is required. Maintain a positive outlook and ability to work well in a collaborative environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service is expected Maintain a positive outlook and ability to work well in stressful situations.
