Veterinarian / Medical Director Boise, ID | Full-Time Compensation: $150,000–$185,000+ base + production + Medical Director stipend We’re working on a Veterinary Medical Director opportunity in Boise with an established small-animal practice looking for an experienced veterinarian who wants to combine clinical work with leadership. This is a great fit for a doctor who enjoys practicing medicine but also wants a larger role in mentoring associates, helping guide medical standards, supporting team development, and contributing to the overall direction of the hospital.
