Job Description

AAHA accredited, five doctor animal hospital has an opening for a full-time veterinary technician. RVT/LVT or highly experienced only need apply. Seeking a team player who is energetic, motivated and reliable. Tech duties include but are not limited to assisting doctors, patient care, anesthesia monitoring, surgical assistant, digital radiology, dental prophylaxis, sample collection and evaluation, client education and training, humane handling and restraint (fear free and certified cat friendly practice). Some weekend hours required on a rotation schedule. Some holiday hours required for hospitalized patients. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: To keep our clients and staff as safe as possible we are doing curbside service at this time. The client stays in the car and employee wearing a mask escorts the patient in for services and communication with the client is done over the phone. Application Question(s): Are you a RVT or LVT?
