Our hospital is growing and we have multiple positions available! This opportunity is to join our Administrative Team whose primary focus is on customer service, scheduling, etc. ALL applicants MUST have a MINIMUM of 2 years experience in veterinary medicine in a hospital/clinic setting. Boarding, grooming, sitting, etc. does not count. Applicants must also possess EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills. Everyone on our current Team are professional, reliable, flexible, and ultra-friendly, so we will accept nothing but the best from our new Team Members. If this sounds like you, please keep reading! We have a comprehensive training program that will assist new Team Members with hospital orientation, learning Cornerstone software (we are a progressive paperless practice), and sharpening any necessary skills. Responsibilities will include excellent Client care and education, Patient care, housekeeping/maintenance, data entry/record keeping, marketing, and ability to work Saturday mornings. We do not offer boarding or grooming services, so no “on call”/overnight/emergency shifts are required!!!
