You'll partner closely with an experienced Hospital Manager and dedicated operational and medical leadership to: * Set the standard for medical quality and patient care * Mentor and support the hospital's veterinarians * Establish and maintain clinical protocols and best practices * Help develop the team, workflow, staffing, and hospital priorities * Serve as a clinical resource for associates and veterinary students * Identify opportunities to expand services * Participate in recruiting and onboarding future veterinarians * Help shape the hospital's medical direction and culture You'll have support around you, but also the autonomy to bring **your own leadership style, clinical interests, and ideas** to the role. An Impressive Hospital You'll be practicing in a custom-built, approximately 11,000-square-foot veterinary hospital* with an established client base and broad clinical caseload. Cases include: * Preventive and wellness care * Internal medicine * Dentistry * Urgent care * Soft-tissue surgery * Emergency stabilization * Select advanced procedures The hospital is equipped with: * Digital radiography * Dental radiography * Ultrasound * In-house laboratory * Advanced anesthetic monitoring * Laser therapy * Fully equipped surgical suite * Paper-lite medical records The combination of strong technology, experienced support staff, and efficient systems is designed to allow doctors to spend more time practicing medicine and less time dealing with administrative burden.
