You'll partner closely with an experienced Hospital Manager and dedicated operational and medical leadership to: * Set the standard for medical quality and patient care * Mentor and support the hospital's veterinarians * Establish and maintain clinical protocols and best practices * Help develop the team, workflow, staffing, and hospital priorities * Serve as a clinical resource for associates and veterinary students * Identify opportunities to expand services * Participate in recruiting and onboarding future veterinarians * Help shape the hospital's medical direction and culture You'll have support around you, but also the autonomy to bring **your own leadership style, clinical interests, and ideas** to the role. An Impressive Hospital You'll be practicing in a custom-built, approximately 11,000-square-foot veterinary hospital* with an established client base and broad clinical caseload.
