Associate Veterinarian – Leadership & Equity Track North Atlanta / Canton Area, Georgia Full-Time | $110,000–$130,000 Base + Production | No Negative Accrual | Equity Opportunity An established and growing small animal practice in the North Atlanta area is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian who is interested in more than simply their next clinical position. This opportunity is designed for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing medicine but is also ready to have a greater voice in the future of a hospital. The position offers a defined pathway toward leadership and potential hospital equity for the right veterinarian. The Opportunity You’ll join an established practice with a loyal client base, experienced support team, and collaborative environment where doctors have the ability to influence how the hospital grows. The practice offers a diverse caseload spanning traditional companion animal medicine as well as additional areas of care, giving doctors opportunities to develop their individual clinical interests. Areas of medicine include: • Preventive and wellness care • Internal medicine and diagnostics • Soft-tissue surgery • Dentistry • Reproductive medicine • Veterinary behavior • Acupuncture and alternative medicine There is flexibility to build upon your existing strengths while developing additional areas of clinical interest.
