Dogwood Veterinary Specialty & Emergency in Marietta, GA is growing and we’re expanding into a brand-new, 20,000+ sq ft, state-of-the-art specialty and emergency hospital in Dunwoody, GA opening in 2026. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of a high-level veterinary surgery service in Metro Atlanta. Why This Veterinary Surgery Opportunity Stands Out Build & Lead a Surgery Service Be a key leader in the growth and development of our surgery department as we expand into our multi-million-dollar Dunwoody facility. Help influence equipment selection, protocols, case flow, and team structure. Practice high-quality, referral-level medicine with the support and autonomy you deserve. You’ll work alongside an experienced, supportive team including: 5 Board-Certified Criticalists (DACVECCs) providing daily ICU and ER support. Additional Surgeons, Anesthesiologist, and Surgical Resident for complex and advanced procedures. Internal Medicine available five days per week. 7 full-time Emergency DVMs, including a certified palliative care provider. This collaborative environment allows you to focus on surgery while knowing your patients receive exceptional, comprehensive care.
