Requirements
Mt. Paran Animal Hopsital is in the Buckhead/ Sandy Springs area and is growing rapidly to meet our patients' needs. Our hospital is state of the art and we have the pleasure of working with wonderful clients in the surrounding area. We are searching for a Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist who possesses strong scheduling and customer service skills. This person must also have at least 1 year of experience working at a vet hospital's front desk. Receptionist Responsibilities: · This person must have at least 1 year of front-desk receptionist experience at a veterinary hospital. · Professionally greet and communicate with clients in-person, by phone and email. · Schedule appointments for both Mt. Paran Animal Hospital and Noah's Bark Mobile Vet Services. · Detail-oriented and meticulous when scheduling appointments, invoicing and processing medical records. · Proficient with computers and electronic medical records (Knowledge of eVet Practice Management Software strongly preferred.) · Various other tasks depending on need to help our clinic run smoothly. The ideal candidate for this position will be: · A quick learner · Detail-oriented · Productive and a hard worker · Someone who has an upbeat, can-do-attitude! In addition to the services that our hospital provides, we also offer mobile vet services that provide high-quality, minimal stress, medical care to our patients in their homes. Our mobile unit is fully equipped to perform most veterinary services and is an asset to pet owners who have trouble getting their pets to the clinic.
