Veterinary Receptionist Client Care Representative | $18–$22/hr based on experience + additional shift differentials available for overnight shifts Alpharetta Veterinary Specialty + Emergency | Alpharetta, GA Full-Time | Morning, Swing, and Evening Shifts Available  Alpharetta Veterinary Specialty + Emergency (AVSE) is hiring a full-time Client Care Representative to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This is an opportunity to support clients and their pets throughout the veterinary experience while working alongside Emergency and specialty medicine teams. We are looking for a Client Care Representative who is passionate about client service, comfortable in a fast-paced veterinary environment, and committed to creating a positive, respectful, and welcoming experience for every client and patient. Schedule Full-time Morning, swing, and evening shifts available Responsibilities As a Client Care Representative, you will serve as an important point of contact for clients and help support efficient communication between clients and the veterinary medical team. Greet clients and patients in a professional, compassionate, and welcoming manner Answer multi-line telephone systems and direct calls appropriately Assist clients with check-in, check-out, scheduling, and other front-desk needs Collect and accurately enter client and patient information Communicate with clients regarding appointments, hospital processes, and patient care information Coordinate with Veterinary Technicians, veterinarians, and other hospital team members to support patient care Process payments and assist with estimates, invoices, and other client documentation Maintain accurate records and enter information into the hospital's computer system Use veterinary terminology and follow established hospital protocols Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and client care area Handle sensitive client interactions with professionalism, empathy, and discretion Support a positive, respectful, and collaborative hospital culture Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Veterinary customer service or veterinary hospital experience strongly preferred Familiarity with ezyVet preferred Basic knowledge of veterinary terminology, hospital environments, and protocols required Proficiency with computers and multi-line telephone systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work professionally and compassionately with clients and their pets Ability to work safely around sick animals, hazardous materials, cleaning chemicals, anesthetic gases, zoonotic diseases, and unpleasant odors Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and professional in a fast-paced specialty and emergency environment Fluent English speaking and reading skills required.
