Veterinary Receptionist - Part Time

Looking for a part-time veterinary receptionist role where your client service skills make a difference? Bayshore Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and organized Veterinary Receptionist / Veterinary CSR to support our front desk team and deliver an exceptional experience for pets and their people. Schedule: 2 days per week — Mondays and Fridays, with the opportunity to pick up a third day as scheduling needs arise. Location: 2812 W Gandy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33611 What You'll Be Doing Previous veterinary reception, veterinary CSR, veterinary client service, or animal hospital experience strongly preferred. Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and accurate data entry. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy veterinary environment. Comfort with computers and learning veterinary practice management software. Dependability, compassion, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Comfort working around dogs, cats, and other companion animals. What We're Looking For Previous veterinary reception, veterinary receptionist, veterinary client service, or veterinary hospital experience preferred but not required  High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable answering phones and assisting multiple clients in a busy environment Strong computer skills and ability to learn veterinary practice management software Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain professional in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with dogs, cats, and other companion animals Compassionate, dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn Ability to lift and carry up to 30–50 pounds when needed Why Join Bayshore Animal Clinic?
