Calling all veterinarians looking for a new and exciting opportunity in South Tampa, FL! 🐶🐾 Atlas are proud to be working with an industry leader in the veterinary space who due to continued success are excited to welcome a new associate to their friendly and welcoming team. Established over 30 years ago, they have since grown to over 65 members of staff, including 9 doctors with experience ranging from new graduate up to 30+ years experience. The company: - Proudly, privately-owned small animal hospital based within a large 9,000 sqft premises - Situated in an upper class suburban area with a lovely, loyal client base - Their team strive to provide the most comprehensive veterinary care the can - Many of the team are long standing members offering stability and support to more recent graduates - They are proud to have built a great team ethos and culture allowing their team to grow and develop - Excellent on-site facilities with 12 exam rooms, 1 large surgical suite with two tables, large treatment room, dedicated x-ray and ultrasounds rooms, boarding, grooming and dog training facilities, separate dog and cat waiting areas and kennels, pharmacy, lab areas and more - Range of experience and clinical interests within the team so always someone to turn to for advice if needed - Monthly out-of-work gatherings in an relaxed setting (the local bar) to discuss cases to promote strong bonds within the team and ensure everyone feels supported The Opportunity: - Full or part time positions available - Full-time is just 36hrs per week with a range of different shift patterns - Hours can be tailored to suit your wants and needs - They work closely with local emergency providers so no need to deal with emergencies About you: - Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent. - To hold or have Florida state veterinary board license which MUST be in good standing. - A passionate veterinarian, ideally with a minimum of 1 years' experience however new graduates can be considered and are encourage to apply - We are looking for those with great communication skills that enjoy building strong bonds with clients and colleagues alike - Good medical, surgical skills and work ethic Package: - Salaries: between $110,000 - $160,000 - Sign-on/retention bonus - Competitive Pro Sal earned after the first year - Generous contribution from the practice for Private Healthcare - Liability insurance - AVMA and local licence paid - 401K with 4% match - Debt repayment plans Next steps If you are interested hit "Apply" or for a confidential chat to find out more, simply email hello@atlasconsultancygroup.com or call the office on (813) 497 2105
