Atlas is proud to represent an exciting Associate Veterinarian opportunity with a thriving, privately owned small animal hospital in Clearwater, Florida. This Fear-Free focused practice has built an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality medicine while maintaining a genuinely supportive and collaborative culture. The hospital is entering an exciting period of growth following the opening of a brand-new second location, creating excellent opportunities for a veterinarian looking to join a progressive and expanding team. This full-service practice provides preventative care, wellness medicine, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, urgent care during regular business hours, and alternative medicine services including acupuncture and herbal therapies. Veterinarians are given the freedom to practice medicine their way, supported by an exceptional team and a remarkable 5:1 support staff-to-doctor ratio. Appointment times are scheduled for 30 minutes, allowing doctors to provide thorough patient care without feeling rushed. The facilities are equipped with advanced technology including digital radiography, cardiac-level ultrasound, in-house laboratory diagnostics, AI-assisted note-taking systems, and modern surgical and dental suites. The practice continually invests in its equipment and facilities to ensure clinicians have everything they need to provide outstanding patient care. The leadership team has worked hard to create a workplace where teamwork, mentorship, and professional growth are genuinely valued.
