The practice sees a steady daily caseload of wellness, surgery, and dentistry, supported by a strong two to one staff to doctor ratio and a genuinely collaborative, high energy team. The hospital is equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, electronic medical records, and an in house laboratory, giving doctors the tools they need to practice confident, thorough medicine. Compensation includes a base salary plus production bonus, with a long term incentive cash program that rewards performance without penalizing doctors during slower periods.
