Requirements
We are working on behalf of a well established small animal practice in Dade City, FL that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its team. This is a clinic with a strong local reputation for personalized care and deep community trust, where clients come back year after year and relationships with families and their pets are genuinely long term. The caseload is busy and varied, around 20 to 30 plus patients a day across wellness, surgery, dentistry and urgent care, with some hoof stock and exotics for anyone who enjoys that side of the work. Doctors are supported by 2 to 3 technicians each, alongside dedicated CSRs and a leadership team that is present and involved day to day. The hospital is equipped with digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house labs and a dental suite, so you can work up cases properly rather than referring out by default. The culture is fast paced, collaborative and teaching focused, which suits veterinarians who like to learn from the people around them and pass on what they know. You will have real medical autonomy and the backing of solid medical systems, along with flexible scheduling, mentorship and a compensation structure built around prosal with no negative accrual. Whether you are experienced or still building confidence in a busy environment, this is a practice that will stretch your clinical skills while supporting you properly along the way.
