We are seeking a Medical Director to lead a high-performing emergency veterinary clinic in Sarasota. This opportunity offers a leadership role within a collaborative and fast-paced ER environment, ideal for an experienced veterinarian looking to drive clinical excellence while mentoring a growing team. The hospital is a well-established emergency facility equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities, supporting a high-acuity caseload. The role involves close collaboration with the Practice Manager to ensure strong operational performance, high medical standards, and a positive team culture. In this position, the Medical Director will provide emergency and urgent care while overseeing clinical protocols, mentoring veterinarians and technicians, and maintaining relationships with the referring veterinary community. The role also includes ensuring compliance, monitoring quality of care, and continuously improving clinical processes.
