We are seeking a Medical Director to lead a well-established, full-service veterinary hospital in Sarasota. This opportunity offers a leadership role within a collaborative and supportive team environment, ideal for an experienced veterinarian looking to combine clinical excellence with hospital leadership and team development. The hospital operates with a strong focus on delivering high-quality medicine and an exceptional client experience, supported by experienced technicians, hospital leadership, and a collaborative clinical team. The role involves partnering closely with the Practice Manager and operations leadership to support hospital growth, team performance, and operational success. In this position, the Medical Director will oversee clinical standards, mentor associate veterinarians, guide hospital workflows, and maintain strong relationships with clients and the local community. The role also includes supporting team development, scheduling, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of patient care and hospital performance. Surgical experience, dentistry, ultrasound, urgent care, and leadership skills are highly valued.
