It features a large operating theater capable of routine and more complex soft tissue surgeries, as well as some orthopedic procedures. The hospital is supported by an onsite lab and pharmacy, up-to-date diagnostics, imaging equipment, a large open-plan prep area, comfortable kennels, and much more. A dedicated practice manager ensures smooth day-to-day operations, allowing clinical staff to focus on delivering exceptional care. With a strong, collaborative team of experienced technicians, assistants, and support staff, this practice is well-positioned to support your growth and development as a veterinarian. Veterinarians enjoy a 4-day workweek, with a regular weekday off and only 1-2 shorter Saturday shifts per month. Appointments are thoughtfully scheduled for 30-45 minutes, allowing ample time for comprehensive care and meaningful client discussions. New graduates are given additional appointment time to ensure they feel confident and supported while they get up to speed.
