Specialty Medical Director Palm Beach Gardens, FL | Full-Time Compensation: $300,000–$400,000+ DOE We’re working on a Specialty Medical Director opportunity in Palm Beach Gardens with a large emergency and specialty hospital seeking an experienced veterinary leader to help guide the medical team and overall clinical direction of the hospital. This role is a great fit for a board-certified specialist who wants to remain connected to medicine while taking on broader responsibility for doctor development, medical standards, collaboration, culture, and long-term hospital growth. The opportunity includes: $300K–$400K+ compensation Leadership stipend and/or incentive compensation Sign-on and relocation support Paid time off Continuing education support Health and retirement benefits Leadership development resources Access to a broad multi-specialty clinical team Significant influence over medical quality and hospital direction The Medical Director will work closely with both clinical and operational leadership, supporting specialists and emergency veterinarians while helping maintain a high standard of care across the hospital. Candidates should have a DVM/VMD or equivalent, board certification in a veterinary specialty, Florida licensure or eligibility, and previous leadership experience in a specialty or referral setting.
