We are seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a highly regarded companion animal practice in the Fort Walton Beach, Florida area. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys a diverse caseload, values clinical independence, and wants to deliver thorough, high-quality medicine within a supportive team environment. The caseload includes dogs, cats, exotic species, and pocket pets, with exposure to preventive healthcare, diagnostics, urgent presentations, advanced medical investigations, and surgical procedures. The variety of species and cases provides excellent scope to broaden clinical experience while continuing to develop individual areas of interest. You will work alongside experienced veterinarians and skilled support staff who are available for collaboration and case discussion while allowing you the autonomy to make confident clinical decisions. Strong client communication and the ability to build lasting relationships with pet owners are central to the role.
