Requirements
Port St. John Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Lead Certified Veterinary Technician to join our team! We empower our CVTs to fully utilize their education and skills, playing a key role in patient care, laboratory diagnostics, client education, and team mentorship. This position requires advanced proficiency in dentistry, surgical assisting, anesthesia monitoring, and client communication. As Lead Certified Veterinary Technician, you will not only provide hands-on patient care but also train and mentor team members in surgery, dentistry, in-house diagnostics, and client education. You’ll help manage veterinarian orders, ensure exceptional patient care, and maintain an efficient workflow to keep exams and treatments running smoothly. This is a full-time opportunity with a 4-10 schedule and requires availability for a rotating half-day Saturday shift.
