Overview
Dr. Bartos opened Halifax Veterinary Center in July 1990. She, together with her husband Lou and their first employee Marylou (who is still with us), were the only employees. Needless to say, HVC has grown from three people on staff to 20, ranging from as little as less than a year to 25+ years working with us. We want you to know that we, as a staff, are a family and we welcome all of you to be an important part of our family! At Halifax Veterinary Center, our philosophy is to provide the highest quality pet care in a gentle and caring environment. We believe your pets are part of your family and, as such, we will do our best to ensure their health and well-being, as well as your satisfaction. We are very proud of our modern, well-equipped facility and invite you to tour it. So, on behalf of everyone here, welcome to our family!
