Associate Veterinarian – Panama City, FL - #9907 We are seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join an independent, owner-operated urgent care practice in Panama City. This is an exciting opportunity for a veterinarian who wants to help shape a growing practice, with a real path to ownership and a meaningful voice in its future. The practice provides urgent and emergency care when local primary care veterinarians are closed. You’ll see a wide variety of cases, including urgent medical conditions, surgeries, and wound repairs, with the autonomy to make clinical decisions and determine when referral is appropriate. Mentorship is available from an experienced DVM owner. The current schedule is 6–10 p.m., six days per week, with plans to expand hours as the practice grows. Your schedule will be developed collaboratively around both your needs and the practice’s needs. You’ll work with a trained support team of 4–6 staff members and have a genuine opportunity to influence clinical protocols, staff training, scheduling, policies, and future growth. We’re looking for a veterinarian who is clinically confident, compassionate, resilient, and interested in being more than an employee.
