Medical Director, Veterinarian (DVM) Pine Castle Animal Care Center | Orlando, FL Pine Castle Animal Care Center is seeking a Medical Director (DVM) to lead our growing multi-doctor team in Orlando, Florida. This is an outstanding opportunity for a veterinarian who is passionate about clinical excellence, team mentorship, and collaborative leadership while continuing to practice high-quality medicine. Our well-established hospital provides comprehensive care for small animals, as well as exotic and pocket pets, and is supported by a skilled, tenured team committed to exceptional patient care and client service. About the Role As Medical Director, you will guide the medical direction of the hospital, mentor veterinarians and support staff, and partner with leadership to promote continued growth and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to shape hospital culture and medical standards while maintaining a healthy work-life balance through flexible scheduling and no emergency or on-call responsibilities.
