Job Description

We are seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a progressive companion animal hospital in the Deltona, Florida area. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys a varied caseload, combining high-quality general practice medicine with more complex urgent care cases in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. The hospital is equipped with modern diagnostic and treatment technology, including ultrasound, in-house laboratory services, dental radiography, and therapeutic laser equipment. The caseload is focused on dogs and cats and includes preventive care, medical case management, routine procedures, and urgent presentations. You will work alongside an experienced veterinary and support team that values compassionate patient care, teamwork, and continued professional development. The schedule includes structured weekday hours with a Saturday rotation, helping provide consistency while supporting a sustainable work-life balance. This position is well suited to both experienced veterinarians and early-career doctors looking for strong clinical support, mentorship, advanced resources, and the opportunity to grow their skills while building a long-term career in small animal practice.
