Requirements
We are seeking a Medical Director to lead a well-established, AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital in Orlando. This opportunity offers a leadership role within a highly collaborative and advanced clinical environment, ideal for an experienced veterinarian looking to combine medical excellence with hospital leadership and mentorship. The hospital operates from a large, modern facility equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities, including dual surgical suites, digital radiography, advanced dentistry with dental radiographs, in-house laboratory equipment, luxury boarding, and grooming services. Supported by a strong technician-to-doctor ratio and experienced hospital leadership, veterinarians are able to focus on delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining efficient workflows. In this role, the Medical Director will oversee medical standards, mentor associate veterinarians, support hospital operations, guide clinical protocols, and maintain strong client and team relationships. The position also involves partnering with hospital leadership to support practice growth, staff development, compliance, and overall hospital performance while continuing to provide hands-on clinical care. This position is ideal for a veterinarian seeking a long-term leadership opportunity with strong earning potential, advanced clinical resources, mentorship responsibilities, and the lifestyle benefits of living in a vibrant Central Florida location.
