Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established small animal hospital serving the Lakeland community. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment where veterinarians are encouraged to practice high-quality medicine while building meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and their pets. In this role, you will provide comprehensive veterinary care including wellness and preventive medicine, diagnostic evaluation, surgical procedures, and dental services. The hospital offers a broad range of capabilities including radiology, surgery, dentistry, nutritional consultation, and additional progressive therapies. You will work alongside an experienced veterinary and technical team dedicated to delivering high standards of patient care while supporting professional collaboration and clinical growth. The ideal candidate will hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree and be eligible for veterinary licensure in Florida.
