Job Description

We are working with a trusted, full-service small animal hospital in Melbourne, FL that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its growing team. The practice has built a strong reputation in the local community and offers a broad caseload, from preventive medicine and wellness to surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and ultrasound. Experienced DVMs will find plenty of clinical freedom, while new graduates will benefit from a structured mentorship program designed to build confidence at a comfortable pace. Compensation is competitive, with quarterly production and no negative accrual, plus a generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for the right person. Outside of work, Melbourne sits on Florida's Space Coast, with beaches, year-round sunshine, boating, fishing, and nature preserves close by, and Orlando just over an hour away.
