Atlas are working with a hospital who are seeking a motivated Associate Veterinarian to join a highly regarded small animal hospital in Odessa, FL. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership-focused role with a clear pathway to Lead Veterinarian, supported by structured mentorship and regional leadership development programs. It boasts a modern, purpose-built facility equipped with in-room state-of-the-art lab equipment, digital radiography and ultrasound, digital dental x-ray, cold laser therapy, and a fully equipped surgical suite. The practice is staffed by a collaborative and skilled medical team, supported by experienced technicians who ensure doctors can focus on practicing high-quality medicine.
