Medical Director Opportunity in Longwood, FL (Lead a 6-doctor team!) 🐾

We are working on behalf of an established, full-service small animal practice in Longwood, FL that is looking to welcome an experienced Medical Director to lead its collaborative team of six veterinarians. This is a well resourced hospital with a loyal client base, an experienced Practice Manager, and a genuine commitment to Fear Free medicine. It is backed by a leading veterinary support organization while keeping its own distinct culture and hospital level autonomy. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will continue to see patients and practice clinical medicine while providing medical leadership and strategic direction for the hospital, working closely with the Practice Manager and Operations Advisor on scheduling, budgeting, and annual planning. Just as importantly, you will mentor and coach the associate veterinarians, help shape their professional development plans, and support the wider team as it grows. Compensation is structured to support you from day one, with ProSal and no negative accrual, monthly production payouts, a Medical Director stipend, and a guaranteed production bonus in year one so you have time to ramp up.
