We are seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a respected companion animal practice in the Fleming Island, Florida area. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing a diverse caseload, and delivering thoughtful, high-quality medicine within a supportive clinical environment. The caseload includes wellness care, diagnostics, surgery, advanced case management, urgent presentations, and canine reproduction services. The position provides broad clinical variety while allowing veterinarians to use their own judgment and contribute meaningfully to treatment planning and patient outcomes. You will work alongside an experienced veterinary and support team in a collaborative environment where clear communication, teamwork, and consistent standards of care are strongly valued.
