A rapidly growing veterinary group is seeking a Veterinarian to join its newly opened hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. Opportunities are available for Associate Veterinarians, Lead Veterinarians, and flexible part-time positions. This is an exciting chance to join a brand-new facility from day one and help shape the culture, standards, and client experience as the hospital establishes itself within the local community. The practice is designed around providing accessible, high-quality care with modern equipment, efficient workflows, and a strong support structure that allows veterinarians to focus on what they do best—caring for patients. The hospital offers a collaborative environment with support from an established regional network of veterinary professionals, making it an excellent opportunity for both experienced doctors and those earlier in their careers seeking mentorship and development. Whether you're looking to step into leadership or prefer to focus purely on clinical medicine, there is flexibility to tailor the role around your career goals. Various scheduling options are available, including full-time and part-time positions, with no overnight responsibilities. The practice operates Monday through Saturday from 8am–6pm, allowing for predictable scheduling and an excellent work-life balance. Compensation is highly competitive and tailored to experience and medical skillset, with additional performance-based incentives, sign-on support, and relocation assistance available for the right candidate.
